Is it couple friendly?
Yes. Unmarried couples are welcome. Bring a government ID each at check-in and that is all we ask.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Full day: in at 11 am, out at 10 am the next day. Night: in at 9 pm, out at 8 am. Hourly: from 12 pm, minimum three hours. Need something else? WhatsApp us before booking, we are flexible when we can be.
Are there hidden charges?
No cleaning fee, no service charge, no surprises. The price at checkout is what you pay.
Can we bring outside food?
Yes, completely. Cook in the kitchenette, order in, or bring groceries. Keep it tidy and leave it as you found it.

What is the cancellation policy?
Night and full-day stays: full refund if you cancel 24 hours or more before check-in, 50% inside 24 hours, nothing for a no-show. Hourly and 8-hour slots: full refund up to 6 hours before the slot. Refunds go back to the same payment method in 5 to 7 working days. Full policy on the Terms page.
